Corporation was founded in 1952 by The Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret
News to manage the newspapers advertising, printing and
circulation. The two newspapers remain under separate ownership and
are editorially independent.

more than 15 million page impressions per

Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News online editions.
Internet advertising

traffic to your Web site or page and increases brand awareness.
Advertisers can track
their ad campaigns via Engages AdManager software program by
entering their user name and password.
Ad Placement
Banner ads will be placed at the top of the Web page and buttons along
the side. Advertising
draws a combination of impressions from both Salt Lake Tribune and
Deseret News online editions.
Campaign Reports
Advertising is managed by Engage AdManager software, ensuring
that your message is delivered with maximum effectiveness.
AdManager software provides real-time feedback of the total
number of ad impressions, ad clicks and click-through rates. This
enables advertisers to create their own reports daily and see the
results of their Internet advertising campaigns, simply by accessing
the online data.
Materials and
Deadlines
Advertising space must be reserved five working days prior to the
desired start date. Online ads must be received by NAC two working
days prior to scheduled start date. All ads must be submitted via
e-mail to webmaster@nacorp.com.
Space reservation is on a first-come, first-served basis. Up to ten
different online ads can be scheduled in a campaign. Creatives within
a campaign may be changed once a week, with two working days advance
notice. Additional changes will be billed at $50 each.
Ad Sizes
NAC offers two ad sizes that comply with the Internet Advertising
Bureaus standards:
Button/Targeted Ads
125W X 125H (pixels)

Banner/ROS Ads
468W x 60H (pixels)

Please Note: The file size of your ad must be
12K or less and in GIF file format (for faster download
times). Advertisers should be aware that certain file types (i.e., Java, Shockwave, GIF
animation and other similar file types) may increase download times; are not supported by
some browsers; and may not be accepted by NAC.

Changes of Policy
Newspaper Agency Corporation and the publishers of The Salt Lake
Tribune and Deseret News reserve the right to change, amend or
eliminate advertising policies with 30 days advance notice. Submitting
an advertisement for publication or distribution represents the
advertisers agreement to abide by the policies of Newspaper Agency
Corporation, The Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News.
Identification
& Indemnification
Advertisers who purchase ad impressions from NAC on either of our
online newspaper sites must have either the companys registered URL
or name in one of the frames of the ad. Under no circumstances do we
accept advertising without identifying the company. The advertiser
agrees that the advertiser is responsible to third parties for the
content of advertisements placed. In the event that Newspaper Agency
Corporation, The Salt Lake Tribune or Deseret News becomes liable to
any third party as a result of an advertisement, the advertiser agrees
to indemnify any or all of them for damages owed to the third party
and for the fees and costs associated with the controversy.
Credit Terms
All advertising must be paid in advance or the advertiser must have
prior credit approval by NACs credit department. All bills are due
30 days after they are received. Payments will be credited to the
oldest outstanding balance first. Cash discounts are not available.
