Home delivery of The Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News is
available in most communities throughout Utah and Evanston, Wyo. Within Salt Lake,
subscription and billing records are maintained in the office of the Newspaper Agency
Corporation, 143 South Main Street, Salt Lake City, UT. The telephone number for that
office is (801) 237-2900 for Salt Lake and South Davis counties and (800) 662-9076 for the
other counties listed. In all other areas, those records are maintained by independent
distributors who generally reside within the area they serve. Distributor telephone

Mail Subscriptions
Mail Subscriptions: Postal regulation requires payment in
advance for all mail subscriptions. All mail subscriptions except priority mail are 2nd
class surface mail and may take from three to seven days for delivery depending on your
location.

To order mail delivery of The Salt Lake Tribune or
Deseret News call (800) 662-9076. Please have your credit card handy. You can
send us a check or money order, payable to the Newspaper Agency Corporation, with a letter
containing your name, address, city, state, ZIP and phone number, along with specifying
which newspaper and type of service you desire (seven days per week, weekdays, and
Saturday or Sunday only) to:

Delivery Information
The Salt Lake Tribune is delivered in the morning, seven days a week. Barring
any unforeseen circumstances, papers are delivered by 6:30 a.m weekdays and by 7:30 a.m.
weekends.
The Deseret News is delivered by 5:30 p.m. on weekdays and by 7:30 a.m. on
weekends. (Outside of Salt Lake, Davis, Utah, Summit, Tooele, and Wasatch counties, the Deseret
News is delivered in the morning, the day following publication.)
Donating Vacation Papers to Schools
Donating vacation newspapers to education benefits many area schools by allowing
students to use those newspapers as part of their curriculum. The donated newspapers will
be billed to your account and detailed on your billing statement. So when you call to
suspend your newspaper delivery temporarily for vacation, tell the customer service
representative that you wish to donate your vacation newspapers to education. Many Utah
students will benefit from your donation.
We are available to assist you from 4 a.m to 8 p.m. on weekdays, 4 a.m. to 10 a.m. on
Saturdays, and 4 a.m. to l p.m. on Sundays.
Guaranteed Replacement Service
If you miss your newspaper or if your newspaper is wet or damaged, we provide
guaranteed replacement service within Salt Lake, Davis, Utah, Summit and Wasatch counties
when you call during the following times:
For The Salt Lake Tribune:
From 6:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. Saturday and 7:30
a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday.
For the Deseret News:
From 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. Saturday and 7:30
a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday.

After-Hours Service
If you call the circulation department (237-2900) after we are closed, you will be
connected to our after-hours message center. You may leave any message or request and we
will act on it the first thing the next morning.
Our Automated Call Processing System
When you call our customer service line, you can process any of five transactions
(vacation stops, missed or damaged newspaper replacements, restarts, account inquiries,
carrier shortages) on your subscription account through our automatic call processing
system. You can press "0" at any time to be connected with the first available
customer service representative (the automatic call processing system is not available on
