Retail advertising accounts for the remaining 50 percent of NAC's revenues. Various types of clients comprise the retail sector.

The first type - major accounts - has three representatives who handle companies that spend at least $100,000 a year with NAC.

The second - territory accounts - is divided into two geographical territories, north and south. Six retail representatives service both territories.

The third - inside sales accounts - is serviced by four inside sales representatives. These accounts prefer coming to NAC's offices or conducting business over the telephone, rather than having an NAC representative visit their place of business.

Lastly, the national accounts' supervisor services national accounts. Coca-Cola and AT&T are examples of these types of accounts.
